This Ion development property was built on a corner culdesac lot and due to the shape of the lot, we had to put the garage in the front of the property. We had to make sure it was an appealing architectural feature and did so by adding detailing normally reserved for a house itself.

 

The lot layout afforded opportunities for outdoor rooms and gardens between the garage and the street and between the garage and the house. We were able to create a little piazza feel to all the entryways.
