The home at 54 Saturday Rd. was a new construction project in the ION development in Mt. Pleasant South Carolina. All houses in the ION development represented the Neo traditional style found in historic Charleston.

 

This traditional, low-country style home went up three stories for amazing views and summer breezes. The garage was on the lower level, as was an entertainment area with fabulous views of the yard behind the home.

 

It’s three story, screened-in porches were nice and deep in both the front and back of the property and were designed to take advantage of prevailing summer breezes. Owners had incredible marsh views and the property was right down the road from the marina and yacht club.
