Commercial Tenant Uplift

 

In a commercial renovation setting, the architect, as was the case in this project, often starts with a blank white box and designs all interior layout including walls, bathroom build, etc.

 

For this hair salon, we placed a retail area up front and kept the space as open as possible while using interior floor design as a way to help spaces flow together while still defining individual areas. We wanted to be sure the clients and employees felt a seamless transition  between retail to salon and waiting room areas.
